Iroh is a nice old man, and he was a general or something too. Harry Mason is like everyone's dad, Professor Layton is really smart, and Nani is nice. She's like everyone's...well, not mom, because she seems pretty young. Big sister? And Mr Edgeworth is a lawyer, he was yelling over the communicators last night.

Well...I think maybe Iroh has the most experience. He did lead an army, and I think he was royalty or something too. Do people still have that nowadays? Harry I think has the most experience living here, and he's nice but not a pushover. So maybe those two. We're thinking of having a group of leaders, in case someone leaves or decides to be stupid.

If there is a single leader, then it would be wise to have a group of advisors. One position should not have absolute power.

Well, a lot of the new people seem to have chips in different places than the people who have been here longer. But we could probably find it...I'm not sure how, but...
