I don't know. This guy could've simply had it, but had immunity. There's been cases where people have used diseases to wipe out distant enemies since they had no immunity.

Don't think this is a case of that, but you never know.

No, I've managed to avoid getting sick. I can't say the same for anyone else, though... A lot of people seem to have caught it.
