I don't know. This guy could've simply had it, but had immunity. There's been cases where people have used diseases to wipe out distant enemies since they had no immunity.

Don't think this is a case of that, but you never know.

Don't go back to Inventory for the time being. Stay in Gohl. Going out can expose you.
